So life gets busy and personal health really gets put on the back burner(priorities?) but I have found taking a picture each week helps me to stay semi motivated. School has begun this last week and adjusting to this new routine has been a bit challenging for lack of a better word so today I took the "official" picture you know people take when they first start a workout routine. It's amazing how you see yourself and how a camera sees you. I guess if you have gotten to the point I have where you only look into the mirror when you absolutely need to and don't FULLY see your body most people would be just as shocked at the changes as I was in myself. I say if you are wanting to lose weight do these pictures first!! Needless to say I will not be posting these pictures just yet but I am going to print one and plaster it everywhere just a reminder of where I don't want to be and in hopes of keep me on track.
